つけ麺戴きました。
麺は角中太ウェーブのエッジに丸みを帯びたツルシコ麺で、表面がツルっとしているのでつけ汁の乗りはあまりよくありませんが喉ごし的には啜り心地が楽しめる気持ち短めな麺です（麺量：茹で後？２００ｇで腹７分目といったところです）。
つけ汁は酸味と辛味とオイリー感が無い粘度微アリな丸鶏の旨味が凝縮された優しい鶏白湯で、モミジや鶏ガラなど鶏のあらゆる部位がまとまった美味しく野菜の甘味も感じられる濃厚感が薄い万人受けするつけ汁に仕上がっています。
具は材木太メンマ３本と皮付き鶏もも肉叉焼の切り落とし４・５個と鶏そぼろとW葱（微塵切長葱・青葱）がつけ汁に忍ばされています。
麺をつけ汁に浸して戴いてみると、ツルっとした麺肌に微塵切長葱と青葱共につけ汁が軽く絡みツル・ツル・ツルっとテンポよく啜れました。
スープ割はブーメラン方式に鶏出汁スープが注がれ、プラスティック製の白い蓮華で満ち満ちに注がれたスープ割を鶏そぼろを探しながらつけ汁碗の半分程まで美味しく戴けました。
お店には以前伺った事がありましたが、いつ伺ったか記憶が無くその時に撮った写真をもとに調べてみると約１０年前につけ麺を戴いていて、その時も本日と同じ７５０円でして１０年の歳月が経った今も値上げせず池袋という激戦地区で営んでおられるのは立派です。
