つけ麺（中盛・油少なめ）戴きました。
今回は「中盛」を女将さんにお願いした後、「油少なめできますか？」をご主人にお願いしたところ快く頷かれ、魚介出汁の風味が全面に出たつけ汁に細麺を浸しとても美味しく啜れました。
いつも道理に麺同士のくっつき防止の為に指で何度も何口かに分けて盛られた角細ウェーブの啜り心地の良い麺（麺量：茹で前１.５玉の３００ｇ位で細麺なので膨張率が低く腹９分目といったところ＜早く製麵所が知りたい＞）。
本日も技が冴える飾り包丁入り茹で玉子半分などの具、スープ割にはW葱（長葱・青葱）も追加。
これで４回目の訪問ですがブレがないので安心ですね。
本日のＢＧＭは「ヒロシです。」で流れているペピーノ・ガリアルディの「ガラスの部屋」ではなく、ＴＶでテレビ朝日の刑事系ドラマが放送されていました。
