とっても美味しそうなスフレを食べに行きました
といってもスフレを食べたことなかったのでドキドキ。
お店に入ってみて…
想像とは違った雰囲気。マダム向けのお店でした
スフレは注文から焼き上げるので20分くらい待ちます。
店内には太田ということもあり「斎藤佑樹」君が来店した時の
写真が飾ってありました。流石地元ですね(笑)
こちらのシェフは色々な媒体で取り上げられているようだったので
入口に記事が貼られていました。
そして、初体験スフレは…
飲み物ですか？？？(笑)
もっとスポンジっぽいかと思っていたのでちょっと拍子抜け。
ソースを入れて混ぜていくと、どんどん液体かして
濃厚なクリームを飲んでる感じでした
こういうものと思えば美味しいのかも。
ちょっと私には物足りなかったです
