亀戸で豚"龍や王将と並んでいる店です。
皆さんのコメントにもある通り背脂チャッチャ系の店ですが、
食べてみるとそれ程重たくない、寧ろ慣れると軽くも感じる
から不思議ですね。←慣れって怖い(>_<)
初めて訪問したのはいつ頃だったかは忘れましたが、今では
週1回は訪問する程のジャンキーになってしまいました。。。
一通りのメニューは食しましたが、こってりしたラーメンが好
きな自分には全メニューが美味しかったと言える程ですよ。
味噌ラーメンが好きなので、良く味噌ラーメンや味噌つけ麺を
食べるのですが、週1回程度じゃ全く飽きない美味しさです。
もはや中毒、いやLOVEかも。
混雑状態でも店員のマナーの良さは光るものがありますね。
また常連になると多少のトッピングサービスもあり、マスター
の心意気が伺えます。
水は基本的にセルフですが、長いカウンター席で給水器が1台し
か無く少し不便さを感じる事と、店長らしき人が不在の時に替わ
りの方が作るラーメンが少し塩っぱく感じる事以外は何も文句が
ありません！
