和風とんこつ かしや へのクリップ
濃厚とんこつと和風とんこつがあり、とりあえず濃厚とんこつ(700円)を頂きました｡
スープは若干とろみがあり､しっかりとんこつらしさが出てました｡味は醤油ベースだと思います｡
トッピングにチャーシュー・キクラゲ・煮玉子・白ネギ・糸唐辛子が入っていて見た目も綺麗でした｡
チャーシューがとにかくトロトロで美味しかったです｡
麺は自家製麺らしく中麺でツルプリと言う感触でコシがあり大変美味しかったです｡
後､麺の固めなどはやってないとの事です｡
次は和風とんこつを食べてみたいと思います｡
