その帰り、幡ヶ谷でラーメン食べようと途中下車
幡ヶ谷って何気にラーメン激戦区、有名店が多数ありますよね
最初に我武者羅に行ったら、土曜日は2ndブランドの新潟濃厚味噌 弥彦で営業してて
味噌ラーメンという気分じゃなかったのでキャンセル
次に不如帰に行ったら、10人以上の行列ができてたのでキャンセル
ということで、駅からちょっと遠いけどおがわやに行きました
こちらは高校の同級生が兄貴とやってるお店
町田本店を含め8店舗も経営してるんだから素晴らしい
都内はここしか無いのが残念…
前回は去年の6月、随分とご無沙汰になってしまいました
そのときは味噌を食べたので、今回は店名に冠している醤油を食べたいな、と
お店に入ると空席3つ
僕が入るときにカップルがチャリに乗って来たのでちょうど満席
激戦区・幡ヶ谷で駅から遠いハンデがありながら善戦してるようです
券売機でチャーシューの乗ってる醤油のボタンをポチッと
着席して食券を渡します
するとチャーシューの種類を聞かれました
どうやら豚バラの他に、ロースのチャーシューも用意したようです
でもやっぱり豚バラの美味さを知ってるので豚バラをセレクト
狭い店内、厨房も狭い中で店員さんが1人でオペレーション
暑くて大変そうだわ
そんな様子を見ていたら8分ほどで着丼です

まずはスープから
見ためから分かりますが家系インスパイアですね
豚骨の旨味が濃縮されたスープ…そしてかなりショッパイｗ
でも「しょっぱうまい」を謳っており、次第にこのしょっぱさが美味しく感じてきます
麺は太い角断面のストレート
製麺会社も経営してるので自社の麺を使っていると思われます
モチモチなんだけど歯切れが良くて美味しい麺です
家系ならば平打麺を使うところなのでしょうけれど
スープがかなり濃厚なのでこういう麺の方が良いかもしれません
具はチャーシュー、ほうれん草、海苔、ネギ
チャーシューも自家製、通販で売ってるくらいですから相当の自信作
1cm弱の肉厚な巻き豚、とても1口では食べ切れない大きさ
1枚だけでもかなりボリューミーなのに、それが4枚+切れ端がゴロッと
店員さんは僕が同級生だということは知りませんから、オマケしてくれたわけでは無く、これがデフォの量なのでしょう
口に入れると肉の旨味が充満しとても幸せな気分になります
麺量は体感で140～150gくらいだと思います
それほど多くはありませんが、肉がボリューミーなので満腹感があります
しょっぱいスープではありますがほとんど飲んでごちそうさまでした
食べる前はもう1軒寄ろうと思ってたけど思いのほかお腹いっぱいになったので2軒目は中止
ま、僕は少食ですからね…
町田の小川にもまた食べに行きたいなぁ
町田で働いてた頃はよく食べてたけど、もう何年も食べてない…
八王子みなみ野の小川流も美味しいんだよねぇ
最近は都内の店ばかりでなかなか行けないけど、地元の店にも足を運びたい
